SC Grows Strongly, Overcoming COVID-19 Crisis: 2020 Summary Shows New Highs in Revenue and Sales with Total Revenue of 19,051 Million Baht and Net Profit of 1,898 Million Baht. Preparing to Pay Dividend of 0.18 Baht per Share in 2021, Ready to Continue Building on Success.

Mr. Attapol Surasithipanthawat, Chief Support Officer of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC, a developer of high-quality standard products and services under the mission 'Creating a Better Morning for Every Customer.'
He revealed the success of the company's performance in 2020, stating, "SC has successfully navigated the COVID-19 year with a proactive strategy that quickly adapted and remained flexible while maintaining product and service quality standards. In 2020, the company achieved record highs in both revenue and sales, with total revenue of 19,051 million baht, a 7% growth (YoY), with operational revenue of 18,977 million baht coming from the highest-ever growth in horizontal projects at 14,265 million baht, a 27% increase (YoY). The revenue breakdown shows 95% from sales and 5% from rental and services, resulting in a net profit of 1,898 million baht, equating to earnings per share of 0.46 baht, alongside total sales of 16,602 million baht, a 15% growth (YoY), with a backlog of 5,634 million baht, 54% ready for transfer this year.
As of December 31, 2020, the company and its subsidiaries had total assets and liabilities of 44,319 million baht and 25,676 million baht, respectively, with a book value per share of 4.46 baht.
The company's board of directors has approved a proposal to the shareholders' meeting to approve a dividend payment for the 2020 performance at a rate of 0.18 baht per share, scheduled for payment on May 20, 2021.

For this year, the company will accelerate its efforts by launching 11 new projects worth a total of 17,000 million baht, including 3 condominium projects valued at 8,000 million baht and 8 horizontal projects valued at 9,000 million baht, which are the company's main portfolio, divided as follows:

1. Houses priced over 10 million baht under the Bangkok Boulevard and Bangkok Boulevard Signature brands in various quality locations including Petchkasem-Pinklao, Don Mueang-Chaeng Watthana, and Watcharapol-Ramintra.
2. Houses priced between 5-10 million baht, a new brand 'Venue ID' targeting Gen Y in locations such as Rama 5, Westgate, and Srinakarin-Bangna.
3. Along with home offices starting at 5 million baht under the 'Workplace' brand in Ramkhamhaeng-Ring Road area, and townhomes starting at 2 million baht under the 'Wurf' brand in Sai Mai-Phahonyothin area.
For the 'Single Person House' series, a special concept under 'One Size Doesn’t Fit All,' the first booking will open at the Venue Rama 9 project on March 6-7 onwards.
The company has a strong financial position and high liquidity to support investments, currently having cash and available credit of over 10,000 million baht, with funding sources coming from operational cash flow, bank loans, and bond issuance.
